Hydrogen is one of key elements of the universe and is everywhere on earth. One of the most interesting technologies to emerge in the last century is the ability to split hydrogen and oxygen atoms from water molecules by use of a process called electrolysis.

GETI has developed methods to dramatically increase the hydrogen yield during the electrolysis process. By utlizing these methods, even small amounts of electricity can yield large amounts of hydrogen. Once created, hydrogen can be used to generate electricity by ignition in turbine generators (just like natural gas)  or it can  be used directly in GETI’s advanced fuel cells. This new fuel cell technology can produce up to 20 kilowatts of constant output in a relatively small footprint and can be scaled for utility usage.

GETI is operating on the forefront of these technologies and will be providing methodologies to the market to provide small and utility-scale, dispatchable energy production systems based on hydrogen technology.
